Suitably competent engineers and supporting staff will carry out the certification assessment work, according to their individual competency and signatory status. Typically, such staff will be seconded to RAL from ESG or engaged by contract. A list of Engineers working for RAL and their individual qualifications/areas of competency are held by the MCS.
