Manager Certification Services
 

The Manager Certification Services (MCS) has direct access to the General Manager in all matters relating to the operation of RAL and is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the certification process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for certification services and provide task agreements
  • Allocate assessment engineers/teams to certification tasks
  • Responsible for the competence management process
  • Authorisation of RAL staff to carry out NoBo assessment/signatory work (Note: for VAB work authorisation of engineers is the responsibility of RSSB)
  • Day-to-day customer contact, and issues arising
