COVID-19 Update

As the impact of the Corona Virus (COVID-19) continues to rise, Railway Approvals would like to reassure our customers that we are doing everything possible to minimise the spread of the virus and to safeguard the wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers whilst continuing to provide an uninterrupted service.

In order to delay the spread of the virus Railway Approvals staff have been advised to undertake meetings with customers/suppliers through the use of digital media rather than face to face. In addition all non-essential travel (UK and Abroad) and attendance at seminars/conferences has been postponed/cancelled until further notice.

 

In the event that the government guidelines are updated to advise that places of work should be closed or that the population should self-isolate we have in place contingency plans that will allow our staff to work from home. Railway Approvals IT infrastructure allows most of our staff to work from home with access to their required business and project files. This will enable us to continue delivering on our customer commitments. In certain instances, there may be an impact on committed delivery dates due to this method of working but the relevant person at Railway Approvals will keep you informed of project progress and work with you as usual to minimise this effect.
